Prince International Appoints D. Michael Wilson as Chief Executive Officer
Prince International Corporation ("Prince") announced the appointment of D. Michael Wilson as its Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Wilson will also serve as a director of Prince's parent entity ASP Prince Holdings, LLC. He replaces B. Christopher DiSantis, a Managing Director of American Securities LLC, who has been serving as interim CEO. Prince is majority owned by affiliates of American Securities, a leading U. S private equity firm.

Lithium Werks Achieves IATF 16949 and Renews ISO 9001
